    Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Digital Growth Studio collects, uses, and protects your information.

    1Introduction

Durbin & Clark, LLC dba Digital Growth Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital agency operating in the United States that designs, develops, and launches premium business websites. We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and clients who interact with our website and services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your personal data. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

    Effective Date: November 3, 2026

If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us at YourTeam@dgsgrowth.com.

    2Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

    • Form submissions: When you send a website inquiry, the form asks for your full name, email address, phone number (optional), current website (optional), preferred contact method, service interest and any message you choose to provide.
    • Newsletter signup: your email address.

    3How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
    • Deliver and maintain the websites we build for our clients.
    • Send newsletters or marketing communications, but only if you have opted in.
    • Improve our website, content, and overall user experience.
    • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

    4Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We use HighLevel/LeadConnector to host this website and support inquiry processing. The inquiry form sends the information you enter to HighLevel/LeadConnector for processing.

Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.

    5Cookies & Tracking

Hosting statistics: Our website host records basic, privacy-limited visit statistics, such as pages viewed and a session identifier. These run on every visit and are not used for advertising.

The inquiry form also reuses a hosting session identifier when a submission is sent.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site features.

    6Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights may include:

    • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
    • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
    • The right to request deletion of your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at YourTeam@dgsgrowth.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

    7Data Retention

We keep inquiries that do not become client projects for up to 24 months, then delete them. For clients, we keep project and billing records for the length of our working relationship plus 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to any records we are required to keep by law.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe, and delete it within 30 days after you unsubscribe. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.

    8Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
